Jim attended Suffolk University and graduated cum laude in 1978 with a degree in political science. He worked as an intern at the Massachusetts Office Of Federal State Relations in Washington, D.C. controlled by the Governor of Massachusetts. In 1984, Jim graduated from the New England School of Law with a juris doctor degree. He had the honor of being invited onto Law Review and served as the Executive Symposium Editor of Administrative Law while working for the Office of the General Counsel for the Social Security Administration. Upon graduation, Jim was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and is a member of the bar of the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. Attorney DiGiulio has had the unique experience of practicing in many areas of the law resulting in the ability to successfully resolve major criminal cases, obtain winning personal injury verdicts and multi million dollar settlements, development of real estate subdivisions, and resolution of complex domestic relation cases. Attorney DiGiulio volunteers time as a Conciliator for the Middlesex County Bar Association to resolve domestic disputes pending in Court. He has also served as a Special Master in the Middlesex Probate and Family Court.
Attorney DiGiulio is a sole practitioner with a support staff and contract attorneys to serve all courts in all counties of the Commonwealth. He continues to be humbled by the community he serves and holds great respect for the judicial system. Attorney DiGiulio also serves the academic community as an Adjunct Professor at the Massachusetts School of Law.
